We use Matching Theory to help clients understand that different types of goals require different types of processes as well as different types of people to produce the desired results.
We believe everyone has positive preferences and strengths (Strengths Based Development). We also believe that everyone is an innovator, but we just innovate in different ways. In our work, we help identify and understand what people are strong at and then nurture those areas. We also identify blind spots to create awareness and determine ways to soften those spots. A high-performing team/organization knows how to be the conductors of their orchestra; having people that are different than one another playing to their different strengths together and making beautiful music (producing desired results).
